Kara Vojcsik, MSW, LCSW is a licensed therapist and mental health speaker. She spent ten plus years as a school social worker in multiple states. Kara also has experience working with student-athletes, as well as former experience in an intensive emotional support classroom and as in an in-home therapist.
Her therapeutic specialties include anxiety, depression and trauma, and she has a passion for working with youth and their families.
Kara also has experience working with schools around suicide prevention and postvention.
Stephanie DePalmer, Ed.D., LPC, NCC, NCSC, is proud to serve as an Assistant Professor in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate program at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania (Lock Haven Campus).
Formerly, she was a school counselor in Central PA, and she continues to enjoy serving her community by operating a small private practice providing outpatient therapy. She was awarded PA Outpatient Counselor of the Year in 2023 by the PA Counseling Association and Graduate Educator of the Year in 2024 at Messiah University. Her therapeutic specialties include working with children, adolescents, and complex developmental trauma.
